Arnold Press
The Arnold press is a shoulder exercise that targets all three heads of the deltoid muscles. Named after Arnold Schwarzenegger, it combines a shoulder press with a rotation of the wrists. This movement helps build shoulder strength, stability, and muscle definition, making it an effective addition to any upper body workout routine.
